Return & Refund Policy

At HS collection, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Sale/final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
• For size exchanges, the customer may be responsible for return delivery charges.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
